        Truly hate leaving bad reviews as it makes my entire body cringe but I was served this evening by two associates that frankly may well have just been people that had missed their train and wanted to pick up a shift in their spare time. Only one till open with both of them having to use it as neither seemed to really know what they were doing, talking to customers with their backs to us, wildly slow to serve. I picked up a Christmas scent shower gel, asked how much it was (to be fair, was impressed that one associate knew the pricing off the top of her head), queued for a painfully long time with other customers skipping the queue (??), only to get to the front and be told no, actually what I picked up wasnt for sale at all. Im sure the girls that were serving are nice enough, but I got much better service at Hotel Chocolat.
