I had the most wonderful experience and walked away with the exact lash look that I envisaged. I decided to get lashes for my wedding and so wanted a trial run. After copious scrolling through the internet- I knew that the mastermind behind the Fat Lash website was the person I wanted to do my lashes; if the website is that perfect then what can this person do with my lashes! The whole experience was INCREDIBLE. My journey began with an organised, efficient, friendly and informative booking process, followed by thoughtful texts in case the tube strike delayed me and reassurance not to worry. When I got there, I explained I really wanted this but was so incredibly nervous about the not being able to open eyes for two hours. Claire calmed me down, had a thorough consultation with me - really trying to grasp the look I wanted her to create, assuring me of the after-care and that if the process was anxiety-inducing, she would stop. Honestly, one of the most patient people I have ever met. She made me super comfortable, pillow under knees, electric blanket to settle the nerves and keep me warm, reassuring me throughout. I finished my appointment shocked by how easy and relaxing it all was for me, and with the exact lash look I had asked for (wispy but natural). I did not doubt her for one moment and I cannot thank this team enough for offering a true five class service! I cannot wait to go back end of May for the real thing!

Such an amazing service! My lashes looking so natural but glamorous, perfect for my holiday. Application was very relaxing and I was given all the information I needed to make sure my lashes were looked after. I never had my lashes done before but I think Im going to be hooked from here on! Xxx

These ladies are incredible! Went for eyelash extensions and they look amazing. I had a consultation first to discover what look I was after, the process was highly detailed and of a super high standard, my lashes are exactly what I wanted. The team are really friendly, super skilled and the room was clean and really relaxing. Go!
