        Very slow service as only one person behind the till at peak times. Relatively low interest rates for savings yet high rates for borrowing. I wish they were more competitive to save the hassle of using services from other banks. Having said this the staff were friendly. They just need more of them

        This is a very busy branch with a very small banking hall. I find all the staff are always friendly and polite even though some of the customers can be VERY rude. A special mention to the manager John, I observed him deal with a very difficult customer, I felt he defused the irate customer and she walked out smiling. It is very rare nowadays to see a manager working on the shop floor. Just one thing I would like to mention is if you could have one more cashier that would provide a quicker service. Wishing this branch always stays open. Keep up the good work !
