        My experience at the hsbc branch in Enfield Town was very positive. I opened a new account and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They more than exceded my expectations. Thanks to all staff and I feel comfortable that they will deal with my queries efficiently and professionally going forward.

        I was told to come in by customer service.Arrived at 415pm .was told to go away as its closing in 15min time .ask me to come back next day from 930am.Very rude and uncooperative.
