The staff are all lovely and so welcoming. Have looked after all of my pets wonderfully and gone above and beyond. Could not recommend more!

The worst clinic in Bournemouth. Lack of professionalism, scammers for money and they are not sure about their diagnoses, which makes them want to repeat tests many times and for which you have to pay again. Very rude Hannah who is racist in conversation with me and my husband said that "she got a headache because she doesn't understand our English Due to her insecurities in diagnosis we almost decided to put our puppy to sleep... The experience in your clinic still evokes a lot of negative and unpleasant emotion in me. Avoid this veterinary clinic!!!

Very happy with our experience at Pets Practice in Christchurch. My dog started having seizures and Hannah has given him the best care & sound advice and reassurance for me to manage his condition going forward.

Incredible vets! From my Bulldogs point of view, he's made a team of new friends. Despite an emergency operation on a rather sensitive limb and having his manhood removed (worst Monday ever for Dave the Bully) when returning a few days later for a post op check up he went bounding in, super excited to go see his new friends again. If this doesnt scream love and care for the animals I dont know what does! From an owners point of view, it would be easy for them to have "seized the moment" and milked me for every penny, yet at no point did I feel rushed and it was clear they took my concerns seriously and empathetically whilst doing everything they could to give Dave the maximum care and not take advantage of the situation ( Which Dave was great full for 3 dog toys and 2 deers antlers later in the shop). Personally want to shout out Hannah the vet, absolutely top class spotting what is quite rare, dealing with it all with a calm nature and smile on her face. Add in a friendly nursing and reception ..cracking team all round! Will now only be using this vets, cannot recommend highly enough!
