        Had an issue with a machine earlier in the week, followed the refund policy on their machines and got a refund by Friday. Can't fault it.

        The refund policy is absolutely on point! Had an issue with a transaction however I was refunded super quickly. Couldn't recommend enough!

        All 3 at Horsham station not even working. Terrible company. Fancy looking machines though..LOL what a joke.

        The machine looked in working order, albeit it completely full of stock, which makes sense why it took my 2 and didnt dispense. Way to make loads of money, train stations shouldnt allow these machines.
