51K for 7 years! Be very careful when signing a contract as no cooling off period. We were sold a system that works 'anywhere in the world as though you are in the office' - except it does not. The first contract we had that we thought was 2 years was 7 years and the only way to stop the price increasing a lot after 2 years is to sign another 7 year contract. We are a small business of 10 people and have 6 phones that are worth a few hundred, if that, and we are now looking at costs of 501 per month for the phones and 111 per month for the system. 7 years = Over 51000! We were sold a system beyond our needs that does not work.

Mtech have recently visited us to transition the internet from our old provider. We are very pleased with the fantastic service we received from Andy with both the installation and technical support. Andy was really helpful and friendly, and provided great customer service ensuring we were kept in the loop at all times, nothing felt too much trouble. We would highly recommend.
