OMG so unhelpful and unfriendly, I called in asking for a price on some items and the salesman was so rude and unhelpful, just because I did not know exact sizes and quantities of their products, I have bought promotional items for over 20 years and know that some companies sell by rolls for labels, they may have set label sizes, their hand flags may be one or two side print, etc, I was trying to establish if they had stock sizes and I would then make my selection. The salesman WHO TURNED OUT TO BE THE BOSS - TIM was so rude I could not believe that because I was trying to sell His Products for him to our client all he had to do was what any good company would have done which is to ask the right questions and guide the customer. I feel that doing business with them would end up being problematical, if he behaves like this when I was trying to give him money than how would he behave if there was an issue with the order!!! I have thankfully been forewarned. Learn from my experience
