I initially phoned "wise" guys, I asked if they could unlock a samsung phone for me. I explained the problem clearly and was told to bring it to the shop as it was an easy fix. When i got to the shop I was treated as if I had stolen the phone, they were very rude to me and made up a load of lies about how its nor possible to unlock samsung phones because of a software upload. I have now unlocked the phone myself it was very very easy. If you wanted proof of ownership you could of asked instead if making up a load of rubbish.

Took my phone in as wasnt charging and they kindly cleaned out the charging port for me. Now its as good as new. Definitely recommend these wise guys. Thank you
