Contacted them complaining about a job they did for me. They said they would produce a sample to see if that would rectify the problem (keep in mind I did not ask for a refund or anything like that, just a solution going forward.)
After 10 days of waiting with no communication, I get back in touch.
They reply saying we only do contract work and huge jobs, and what is my plan going forward?
If you don't want to do the job, why not tell your customer upfront? Instead of ignoring it until they ask what is going on with their order? Just seems a bit crazy to me.
Wasted my time. Do not recommend.

So i made an order on a Friday and was promised delivery on the Monday, probably was just a sleazy sales tactic to get you to order there and then. But anyway I proceeded to order my goods. It came to Monday and when I contacted the same sales person I corresponded with, they then told me delivery will be on the Tuesday instead "due to stock" it came to Tuesday and then he said Wednesday and then he kept avoiding me, do you see where I'm going with this now? Anyway I ended up waiting nearly 2 weeks for my products to arrive, although the delivery I was charged was for a 1 day service.
Anyway when the garments arrived it was the most awful quality ever I.e. Stitching coming off, colour fading etc. and plus there were so many mistakes made with the order such as wrong colour of items and different sizes.
When I tried to call them back to tell them about this issue, they tried to charge me to deliver the goods back to them, which is very cheeky for them making the mistakes and on top of this they took nearly 2 weeks to deliver my items when it should have been delivered in 1 working day.
My advice is, stay away from this awful company.
