Not recommended. Work they undertook on replacing a fuel injector on my X5 was poor and another garage had to fix their work and replace with another injector. Not really convinced they knew what they were doing.I have tried to make contact via the online portal and with a signed for letter to negotiate reimbursement on what I had paid, but no response. I will have to pursue via a solicitor to explore other options. I don't like leaving bad reviews and always try and be fair and seek a mediated solution, but with no response, a negative review for poor service and communication with a customer can only be given so others can make a balanced decision before taking their car here for repair.
