        I was badly let down by the AA. I was on a country lane on the edge of New Forest. Five hours of waiting and still no AA. My phone battery about to die, horrendous weather, and the night closing in. This gentleman and gentle-man came to my rescue within 30 mins of calling and he got me home on the back of his truck. A great problem solver as my car wasn't too easy to get on the truck due to where it was stranded. A great price, a truly honest man. Would use him over AA membership if ever local. Thank you
