        The 'Community Organisation' Rowner Community Trust forces every inhabitant to pay a direct debt then squanders the money. The local Councillors were not very happy about this either. This was brought up at every meeting until the really highly paid Manager accused people on the Board of Bullying to get rid of them. They left things out of minutes and didn't invite residents to boards and AGM's as it was supposed to. Boards and AGM's would be moved at the last minute. One person was removed from a meeting after complaining. It refuses to do anything for the community but pays its staff disgracefully high amounts. There have been reports of equipment 'going missing' also. The ground rent on properties raises exponentially but this is not discussed when you buy the property. Huge issues with anti social behaviour. Buyer Beware.
