Dark and dingy dungeon. Small gym and the owner has a God complex with small man syndrome. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. The owner is a troll, along with his friends who like to post lies on social media about me. No one has been ripped off and if you do search my name on Facebook the only people commenting are people that have nothing to do with me. Anyway, the owner has a God complex, thinks he's better than everyone and is a little bit in love with himself. Steer clear of this place.

Superb gym with excellent quality and range of equipment, very clean and tidy and staff are friendly and more importantly always there if you need some help. would highly recommend.

The worse gym I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The owner has a God complex. He thinks he is better than everyone and is more than happy to let people know it. When he is not being arrogant he spends his time on his phone trolling people. The gym is small, dark and dingy. Any more than around 5 people and you wouldn't have much room to move and would be waiting on equipment. I know this is a small business but for the price and for a welcoming atmosphere you'd be better going to a commercial gym. Plus they have animals in there that sit and lay on the equipment benches.
