        Very poor customer relations. Would suggest going elsewhere. They asked me to do a hardboard cutout as they could not use the old cracked glass or a paper template. I went away and did this and six weeks later still waiting for a reponse. Not even a phone call. I would have respected them more if they just said they are too busy or didn't want the job. Never had this hassle with Wimborne Glass or Totton glass!
