        Voucher would not work in store. They they sent a follow up email. Links in the email wouldn't work. Staff put phone down and was rude. I only rang in to help. Surprised they wouldn't take any criticism good and bad especially when trying to genuinely help. Lady on phone was not helpful. Your about us part on your webpage tells us nothing about owners or the business how it was started goals or aspirations

        Tastes watered down. Can just about taste the Belgian chocolate in the mocha and as for the coffee? Nothing. The worst part is I tend to like the weaker coffee/flavour dense variants more than the stronger ones. Jimmy's is just so weak and lacking that I can't recommend it at the price.

        The best iced coffee drink to ever exist, honestly, its like nothing Ive ever had before. 10/10 (Mocha is a personal favourite) also their subscription plan is mega! If you havent tried Jimmys yet then youre really missing out, period.
