First time I have made a claim, reported the fault to the claims team, engineer came the next day. Washer drum needed replacing so was deemed beyond economical repair. Peter and Lewis dealt with it, had a call the same day and a cash amount was offered to replace the washing machine which was received within a few days. Very smooth, friendly polite staff. Would recommend.
