        I called Morgan in panic as the washing machine in the family cottage in Christchurch that I was staying in had suddenly stopped draining. He asked me some checklist questions that uncovered the cause of the fault and I solved it. This was on a Saturday and the help and advice was given without expectation of anything back. Amazing. It relit my belief in humanity. I was so grateful. I cannot recommend these guys, unreservedly, enough.
