        We took our border collie Nellie, to Macks Pals to have her nails clipped today and luckily, Sarah was a true professional. Weve only had Nellie for 14 weeks after rescuing her as a 15 month old and never taken a dog to a groomers before, so I think all three of us were as nervous as each other Nellie wouldnt stop fidgeting but Sarah managed to do all four paws as my Hubby tried to hold Nellie still - Sarah was calm, lovely with Nellie and not at all phased by her dramatics so we will definitely be visiting Macks Pals again but we wont tell Nellie thank you Sarah!!

        Sarah is amazing! Our lovely and very excitable girl Betty gets so excited to visit and get her pampering session. Everything is explained and has meant we have a puppy that looks forward to her grooming session and two dog parents who know our girl is in excellent hands!
