I had a problem with with a diverter valve not working on my boiler in my static holiday caravan. I found a company online offering to refurbish mine. Ian the Miniheat engineer removed the faulty valve and the office arranged to send it to be refurbished. A new valve is unavailable to purchase as the boiler is obsolete. When refurbished and returned to Miniheat they were able to refit the same day. Miniheat displayed an excellent service, going above and beyond what was expected. They are a friendly, knowledgeable, caring and professional local company who I would thoroughly recommend and certainly use again.

Miniheat have just fitted a new boiler and shower for us and we are extremely pleased. Everyone we have spoken to have been very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and friendly. Dan, the engineer, worked hard, with no breaks, apart from a short lunch one, was very friendly and polite and did an excellent job. He kept us well informed on the progression of the work by telling us what he planned to do each day and what stage he was at at the end of the day. He was also happy to answer any questions we had throughout the job. It was tricky to replace our mira shower without damaging wall tiles. Great care was taken and no damage was done to our tiling. My husband has an engineering background and it irritates him if things are not done to his exacting standards, such as wanting pipe work to be level and tidy etc. He was very happy indeed to find this wasn't a concern with Dan's work. Dan was very careful not to cause any damage to our property, removing the boiler room door and being very careful when placing it out of the way, using floor sheets and vacuuming the area to pick up any bits caused by the boiler packaging etc. There was a small amount of "finishing off" work left to be continued once all the main work had been done and we were told that it would be finished the next day, hopefully in the morning but if it wasn't to be until a bit later that day then we would be informed. This they did. Thank you Miniheat for a very professional service done to a very high standard.

Very professional team from booking the appointment for a caravan boiler service to the engineer arriving when promised. All work completed by very knowledgeable, experienced & helpful man. Would recommend to anyone who has had difficulties engaging other firms to do this work.
