Installed a new stairlift that was disabled after installation, made out that there was a problem when there wasn't. Messed us about for a week leaving my mum without a stairlift. She had to climb up and down the stairs on all fours. It no joke! Inept CS and useless fitters, think it's a laugh and a joke to leave a disabled person without a stairlift.

Don't turn up, for multiple appointments, or communicate. - Hopefully some of the shareholders / owners of prism, such as james hart & paul morton, will stumble upon these google reviews and do something about it. -Right now prism seem to be a hinderance to people's health rather than a help. To anybody in government management that's reading these reviews, avoid this company if you can.

Very poor customer service in respect of the removal of a ceiling track hoist. They were made aware of the reason for the removal and the urgency but failed repeatedly to acknowledge my chase-ups until I formally complained. The accounts, booking and complaints teams were equally poor. However, I wasn't surprised to receive the final invoice within four days. I WOULDN'T recommend Prism to anyone and would suggest that potential customers look elsewhere.
