They supplied the shoddiest, cheapest, nastiest blind Ive ever seen. Simply sawn off and unfinished on the visible side - flimsy, pelmet doesnt hang properly. They told me this is how they normally supply blinds. They wont entertain a refund. Its so very bad, its almost funny. What a shower. Reading Glassdoor, their employees appear to fare no better than customers.

Use them loads of times for Roman blinds, roller blinds and curtains. Quality is always good, only issue I had was with Hermes the courier leaving on a doorstep if a random house down the road, but they've since moved to DX for delivery who are much more reliable

Really, really bad service. Ordered blinds from Wooden Blinds Direct, which is a trading name of this company. The blinds look nice but they aren't amazing quality. The problems start if you have to contact them for any reason. One of our blinds came with only half the required length of cord, so you could only lower it half way. Plus one of the wooden stoppers was missing. I tried calling them during business hours multiple times and was on hold for a total of about half an hour but never managed to speak to anyone. It took endless emails, sending photos that they requested but didn't look at, them sending out the wrong parts, until about a month later they sent out a replacement blind without asking if that's what I wanted. And the new one had a missing stopper too. Really wasteful, telling me to throw the whole blind away because of a piece of string. Their QA and Customer service is rubbish. Avoid.
