I had a very positive experience working with Emma and her colleagues at Taylor Legal. As a first time buyer trying to purchase my first home post-lockdown, there were quite a few unexpected challenges in the journey. In particular, delays in construction, then the interest rates hiked just before the completion, leading to additional affordability test by help2buy. It was extremely stressful and I could not have done it without their help. Emma was always professional, responsive to emails and to all my queries, and was able to work under pressure. I am happy in my new home, once again a big thank you, and I hope that others can benefit from their services too.
