        I made an early morning call (05.30) explaining that my alarm had been going off for an hour ( external siren) and I couldn't disarm it. James travelled from Rochester to Queenborough and managed to disconnect the external siren. And was finished by 6.30. Quick , friendly and very helpful. Thanks very much
