Thankyou very much to all of the staff at A.W. Court. I visited my dad yesterday in the chapel of rest yesterday for the last time. It gave me closure. He looked at peace and was well groomed too. You have done a marvelous job there. Thankyou for allowing me to see him too. Thankyou very much to Joyce who was really lovely and very welcoming and very professional.

Thank you for yesterday allowing us to see our Dad/Grandad. Son wanted closure for his Grandad so i travelled from Northumberland and son and partner from Newcastle to be greeted by Joyce. What can I say but Thank you! Thank you for allowing us to be able to visit My Dad for the last time before his send off next week. Joyce made us feel very welcome indeed and nothing was too much at all. Thank you everyone at AW Court.

I personally wouldnt recommend this company, we asked for quotes on a particular coffin and this was just ordered before the price was given to us, my mum (who had just lost my Dad) asked on several occasion for a price list (brake down) on what we requested but still no price list or brake down, however my mum was asked to pay a 3000 deposit to secure the date but still didnt know what we was paying for, Bridget wasnt grate with communicating with my mum and always had to be pushed or chased for an answer, it took my sister to have stern words with Bridget for us to finally get a brake down on cost, unfortunately there horse and carriage service couldnt take dad from Headcorn to Sutton Road so it was suggested by the company to swap dad in his coffin from the carriage to a car half way to the cemetery which as a family we found very disrespectful to my dad so we managed to find a company who could fulfil our wishes so we decide to go with the other company which Bridget clearly didnt like, the night before my dads funeral (me being 39 weeks pregnant and my mum and family as you could imagine being hart broken as it we received a call from Bridget saying the coffin had now come in at another 145 which the night before which in anyones eyes is so wrong, how ever the day of dads funeral we noticed one of the gentlemen carrying the coffin who was much taller then the other gentle men and may have had 2 left feet and at times made the family jump as the coffin was all over the place, once at the cemetery we was told we could take our time and do as we pleased and the car would wait for us. However we was just visiting our nan and grandads graves with family just a couple minutes away from dad plot and we was told the car was ready to go, overall experience not grate some parts wasnt to bad but would highly recommend you go else where as my sister was spoken to very rudely with a raised voice by Bridget when questioned over the extra free and I feel my mum could have been treated with much more respect then she was.

Bridget from courts was absolutely brilliant. The service that was given to me for my husband's funeral was fantastic. The care and attention that I got could not have been better. A big thank you to all that was involved with the process.
