Had a tasty little lunch here the other day. There's such a great choice of light lunches/brunches and drinks at very reasonable prices that I had difficulty deciding what to have! Ended up with the daily special of Cheshire cheese and pickle tartlets, which were delicious even though I'd expected them to be served warm and they were cold. Potato salad was just yummy and the coffee was (as expected!) divine. This place is perfect for a lunch out with friends. Staff are friendly and smiley, and the food came out super promptly and presented well. Love the views too! The only slight niggle is that I'd prefer comfier chairs. I had to track down a cushion and without it I'd have struggled to sit for long on the slatted seat. But this place is so lovely I'd be happy to bring my own cushion with me next time!
