Rutland Cycling Grafham

I have an upcoming triathlon and outside of triathlons I dont plan on road cycling but off road cycling - the the staff at Rutland were great at helping me find the right bike and equipment at the right deal Thank you guys - amazing customer service

All the staff have been very helpful and informative, & if not sure gone to seeek the answer from other staff. I felt I was given space to browse , yet they helped me decide the right bike for me. I had plenty to try before I final purchased. I would highly recommend. Worth the small car park fee .

After developing an issue with my new bike, I booked it in to the Grafham Water Rutland cycles! From the start they were brilliant, great advice, quick turnover and now even gone for the care plan for the next 3 years! Everyone went above and beyond! Thanks

The Grafham branch of Rutland Cycling continues to give an amazing service. The service package I have with them for my Whyte hybrid (supplied by them) is second to none. Whenever I have an issue, however minor, Danny, Jim, Gareth, Jess and the Team are always able to give it their professional attention. If it cannot be fixed immediately then they kindly arrange for me to have an alternative pair of wheels to keep me on the track while the bike is being repaired. Clocking up over 4000 km a year on the bike such support is essential. The attitude of the team is always customer focussed, polite and professional. We are really lucky to have them in the area. They also have an excellent range of accessories and clothing and are always ready to give unbiased advice when looking for new gear. We we are lucky to have them in the area. Thank you.

Well if you go at midday they will be closed apparently 2pm is the new 5pm so wouldnt bother Guy was rude on shift 14:00pm 19/02/23 Saved us 80 though so thanks
