        Totally unprofessional. Been waiting 12 weeks for order and quoted 6. no one shows up on day of agreed delivery, no contact from store on the day even though pots confirmed arrived in store a week ago. Store is totally uncontactable on day of delivery. Never once been contacted by store with delivery updates in 12 weeks, had to chase them throughout for any information.
