Since November, I ordered 2 mugs to be sent to my son's school, scared heart primary, and still haven't received them. No contact to say what's the issues are concerning them , but still, you have taken payment since. Worst company to do stuff for school children won't ordering anything else from this company again.

Ordered cards/gifts via my sons Special Needs school they have not arrived (20/12/22) ! Absolutely shocking service from beginning to end ! Had to resize your own pictures etc ! The only easy bit was shockingly making payment

Well done for excellent quality of product and speedy service, I only ordered them on Friday and I received them today, I love them. Will definitely be back for more products and will recommend to friends.

Wish I could provide NO STARS, disgraceful company. Ongoing issues since November 2021. They have missed critical deadlines, parents only received half their orders from the Christmas project, refused to respond to emails or phone calls, have not provided full refunds, have not provided the PTA with the monies we are owed, they have also breached GDPR legislation - parents at our school could view other children's art work at from other schools and the child's name and school was identifiable. The online payment system has little protection. Been a horrific experience for the school, parents and the students. Won't be using them again. They fail to resolve any issues and just ignore.

Placed an order via my daughters school, the order did not arrive until 17th December and when it did items were missing. Despite 5 emails requesting this to be resolved I have received a response. I then resorted to sending an email insinuating I wanted to place an order with them, behold I recieve a reply yet when I then tell them the true reason for contacting them and why I went down the route I did they go back to ignoring you. Under no circumstances use this company
