I purchased a rega planar 3 from ebay second hand. Paul arranged to pick it up, gave it a rewire and a spruce and it came back peachy. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Trust worthy and such great customer service, without a doubt the best hi fi service ive ever received.

Hitting middle age and going back to my youth,I decided to rekindle my love of vinyl. I bought a second hand Rega RP1 online. I had reservations about the sound quality and called kent home audio. I don't think I've dealt with a company more helpful and accommodating. All resolved over WhatsApp. I haven't even spent any money with them and they couldn't be more helpful. I will definitely be recommending them and when the time comes to spend money then that's where it's going.

I kind of knew what I wanted when I spoke to Paul, however he went through the options of what turntables there were and whether or not I needed a preamp or not. To keep the cost down, and as my Yamaha amp had a phono stage, I just went for the turntable but the best one I could afford, the Rega Planar 3. Paul reassured me that I wouldnt be disappointed and he was so right! I am still smiling from ear to ear listening to it and hearing detail on old vinyl that I never knew was there. Well worth every penny. Excellent service and great advice from Kent Home Audio. Very highly recommended.

Ordered a (previously opened) rega planar 2 from Paul and all I can ay is exceptional service from start to finish, product was out the door and delivered the next day. Very happy

I went over to Kent Home Audio because I wanted to audition a few turntables. The owner, Paul, is a very friendly guy and he went out of his way to provide great service, lent me a Rega P6 for a home audition, which went on for several weeks. When I finally decided to buy he came to my house to deliver the deck, spent time setting everything up, giving advice etc. He could not have been more helpful. On top of this he gave me a great deal. I would have no hesitation about recommending Kent Home Audio.
