Following recommendation we commissioned Paul and his team as the main contactor to build a contemporary new build for us. They completed the build to a high quality and were open about changes to the budget from the onset. They were easy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New & Tilley again in the future.

I don't normally do Google reviews but someone who knew New & Tilley had undertaken work for me asked for my opinion and referenced the 2 poor google reviews . In my view these are clearly people who have an agenda or are competitors . New and Tilley have undertaken 2 major complex refurbishments and built a 8000 sqft 4 floor contemporay home over the last 15 years. They have extremely high standards and are honest and trustworthy . Paul New has an excellent eye for detail and made a significant contribution at the design and planning stage . They dont price to get the work , they price honestly and there will be a very good and demonstrable reason if they say costs have increased . With the listed building where we had a 1m refurbishment the planning officer actually said "if you are using New & Tilley we wont have to worry about quality ". If its your home then for me they are the natural choice as they work as it were their own home . Whilst we have not had very many issues, where we have needed them they have been responsive and rectified those small issues at their cost . I would highly reccomend them and for anyone thinking of using them would be very happy to show the work they have undertaken should New & Tilley ask.
