Not only is head instructor Daren Stirrat a 7th Dan black belt in Shotokan Karate he holds high gradings in a huge array of martial art disiplines so you not only get taught the best Karate, you can learn multiple other techniques from other disiplines as well to supliment your training. A hugely experienced dojo with a huge number of British & World champion Karateka in attendance. Starting to train here was without doubt one of the best life decisions I've ever made. Best shotokan academy in Hampshire. Excellent teaching methods, highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable sensei Daren Stirrat. Always teaching new technique, and delivers a great understanding of karate allowing students to understand why and what they are doing. Family oriented and very welcoming to all. Highly recommended.

Definitely 5*plus!! This family friendly and professional club is absolutely awesome. Since my children have joined, their confidence has rocketed along with their skills, the discipline and focus the students have is brilliant. All the instructors take time and patience to individually train the students to make them the best they can be. Always a friendly welcome and a fantastic way to make new friends and learn the way of traditional karate. My children are the happiest and dedicated theyve ever been in their training.
