        The staff are always really friendly and helpful. They genuinely go above and beyond. Loved the comedic tannoy announcements on the Sunday, made me smile whilst shopping. Thank you

        This place used to be a 4 star store but since the introduction of the new security gates they are two star at best. It's so difficult to get to the newspapers with a wheelchair and when the security alarm goes off every 10 minutes because someone is trying to exit it makes for an uncomfortable experience to someone with anxiety and frequent panic attacks! The alarm will also trigger if you have a scan as you shop handset before you even start shopping!
