        Quite disappointed with managers attitude towards me, I very politely made a complaint about food quality and hygiene in this store after being covered in blood and slime from leaking packaging and the manager tried to tell me raw meat juice leaking out and slime was the norm and couldn't understand why I was asking for a refund on a three bird roast that cost 55 and was less than 2kgs!!!! It was pre cooked in water bath and was meant to be delicious but was so salty no one could eat it. Marks and Spencer have really gone downhill in the quality of the produce but well up in price, I use lidl its much cheaper and better fresh meat hygiene.
