Under a different name (Qwest) this company was without doubt the worst paying cab firm. Never forget ringing the office on my first payday to see what I earned. 180 for 55 hours!!! And I see drivers are still complaining.

Bad bad bad... I made mistake working here for few weeks. One star is even a lot for this company ... Kind of weared Checking too much camera in the car voice record ... enhanced DBS etc... What is going on? If you want to work 3 p/h, start here

Terrible company always late. Used them 3 tines late each time between 50 minutes and an hour late

As a driver I had one of the worst experience ever. Driving for at least 12 hours a day sometimes 6 out of 7 days a week. Payment is horrible, people at the control are rude when your are not able to work for longer than 12 hours or if you refuse doing certain things. Example, I have called to the office and told the controller that I was nearly to finish my 12 hour shift and they gave me a job which was taking nearly 2 hours. I refused the job and the lady said to me, can you please repeat why are you refusing the job? Is when I realised that she did understood at first but she put my call in loudspeakers for every one to hear. This is the professionalism this company has. I had an early start one of the days at 5 am, once I dropped the patient at 6:20 am I was waiting for 2 hours until I got the next patient. This is ridiculous, they say, its plenty of work out there and then they make you wait for 2-3 hours in the van. Very disappointed and wast of time for the last 4 weeks.
