It's an amazing place. It's a "little" treasure in Hampstead. My favourite class is the Movement (Strength) class with Marco, I feel a lot fitter and stronger since I have been training with him.

Domenico is an absolute star! I have tried many massage therapist in the past but never had such a great experience before. Finally someone knowledgeable who gave a sensible explanation why my neck and shoulders are rock solid from the stiffness and why I am having recurring lower back pain. He does not only treat the muscles that need softening but look at the body as whole. He gave really useful advices for every day life, what and how to do differently.(posture,exercises,etc.) He is very competent at what he is doing and I wouldnt call him a massage therapistHe is something much greater than that. I booked a massage with Domenico. He did an incredible job at identifying my pain (I had a problem with my upper back but had no idea what I did), and worked on it in depth. After the session my pain was gone. He explained what he was doing well and told me how to manage my pain going forward. The session was a lot of work, no time wasting. Worth every minute, and made me want to invest in regular check ins. The studio is a great space and has a great bed - Im 61 so small massage beds annoy me, I fit on theirs perfectly fine. They also have showers so you can get ready for rest of your day. Worth looking into if youre after quality care.

Domenico at SF Studio is the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapist I have ever met and my go-to person for maintenance, pre- and post race leg massage as well as for treating niggles and pains caused by my high-volume training for long distance and mountain running competitions. Domenico truly understands the issue he is presented with. He has a truly holistic and tailored approach to the individual needs and, making use of the most relevant of the variety of techniques he masters, he has always been able to provide long lasting and effective solutions to my issues, which have ranged from DOMS, to ITB pain, tendon and muscle contractions. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances as I have the utmost confidence in his expertise and experience.
