Sold my apartment with Nick at Day Morris and can't sing his praises highly enough. A local himself so he knows the neighbourhood which is a brilliant asset when selling and he got me multiple offers within the first week of marketing and he made sure to get the best price possible from the best buyer. After I accepted the offer, Nick was invaluable throughout the sale process liaising with solicitors and the buyer to push the sale through as quickly and painlessly as possible.
