A residential building with a concierge on the ground floor and two lifts (one is even floors only & one is odd floors only). The odd floor lift is always out of service and expect to walk the stairs for deliveries. Each floor consist of 2 studio flats and 4 two bedroom houses. Up to 20 floors. When buzzing into the block, all calls goes to the concierge where they call the tenant. They are the middleman for all calls. After 11pm, any guests have to be collected downstairs since the concierge cannot call the tenants due to possible disturbance. The Camden council engineer and housing officer are reluctant to fix the lift due to budget cost so they just acknowledge the problem with no further actions. They are not much help, be aware for new tenants. The architects for the building designed the layout inside very poorly with questionable spacial awareness. The cupboards and doors have been installed in an awkward way, creating more hassle to open whereas if it was installed like a good graduated architect, it would be efficient and functional. Lookout for poorly installed skirting, painting and asbestos regions within the apartment.
