Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Can not quite believe this really. John and his engineer installed a CCTV system on Friday, we had an issue with one camera, I asked for various solutions, in the end we believed we had one and John was coming back today with a monitor as the monitor was not working. Instead of replacing the monitor he took the brand new recorder, left without saying anything, left the cabinet wires open - see picture, and left! I assumed he was doing the job and then received an email to say he was actually not coming back and find someone else to do the job! Never experienced incompetence or unprofessional behaviour like this, especially from a company owner. I am quite speechless. Do not use this company. Response from the owner here is untrue and in no way reflective of the experience. Being questioned on quality and finish of work is a customers right I thought. Will leave you to decide if you are willing to use this company, all I can do is provide the relevant warning as I have here.

After looking around locally for a supplier to fit a security system to our bungalow we happened upon DCS after seeing their advert in a local magazine (Simply Spalding), after seeing their advert we also started to notice their vans all over the place so we thought they musty be a reputable company... how right we were, John came to look around our property personally and offered us all the advice we could need, we agreed a price there and then and they swiftly set into action. Within a week our alarm, fire alarm and cameras were installed. I wish more companies would be as proactive as DCS. Thank you

Thanks again for cctv and alarm system setup. Very glad we didn't go with the other company near us to be honest.
