Absolutely disgraceful! Had to make 2 appointments with this guy! In his favour, my partner was up late for the first one, she rang him, and he said he'd ring back as soon as possible. After some couple hours of not getting back to us, my partner then messaged him asking to ring back. He sorted a new appointment for 8 am the following Tuesday (today) my partner was up at 7, and ready for 8. After failing to show up, I rang him, he tried saying to me he got there at half 7, I then said the time allocated was 8am! He then tried to label my partner and I as lies and said he had "Proof in black and white" in front him, with a so called message from said partner saying she had slept in and wasn't up.. total rubbish! He then started shouting at me.over the phone, saying he was "the boss" and he "knows best," certainly won't be using him again and have suggested to our letting agency to not use him either! He was rude and obviously lied to suit his own means! Disgusting man! I had to keep telling him to calm down, and I even apologised for the aggression on my half, to then be hung up on! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
