An excellent service. I almost never needed to contact them, but when I did, the staff were always helpful and polite. We had one issue with an electrical fault on the gate which was fixed within 24 hours. The lass we spoke to on the phone was exceptional and offered to have someone meet us at site to get us access if we needed it while it was being repaired - fantastic service!

I have used the storage for three months now. I was impressed with how secure the unit was and moving in was hassle free. Clear instructions were sent in advance. When I have needed to talk to someone, they have always been very helpful, with great customer service.

I would give more stars if I could. What a great storage company. The staff are very professional & friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Id definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ideal storage location close to the M50 motorway. Very easy moving-in process. Secure dry units within a secure site.
