        Do not use this company, they are a scam, brought a controller from them, it never arrived, Kyle is a liar at best, use at your peril.

        Never buy anything from this company. Bought a fan for over 800 and paid extra for next day delivery. Eventually received the fan after one week with no apology. Also they asked me to buy the flanges for fan, which I did. But it didnt arrive with fan. But refused to return my money. Kyle is a scammer, full of lies. My advise to everyone, dont buy anything from them.

        Excellent customer service from northern fans. Bought a fan with inverter about year ago and didnt have time to fit it until recently. Got the engineer to fit it and he couldnt do it. Rang northern fans and spoke to Kyle who was very helpful and very professional directIng me on how to do the wiring myself. Had Kyle not have helped me then I would have lost business on that day. Thank you guys and I really appreciate what you did for me.
