I bought the cazoo cover 36 months & 3 year service plan on 4 Jun 2022, Im really upset about the service experience. First of all, Cazoo Leeds branch has been closed. So, I need to drive 1.5 hour to Manchester center. This is not convenient for me. And I made the booking for service & MOT on 10 Apr 2023. However, one of the staff told the interim service cant be processed after I wait there for over 4 hours. It was make me very federated. Then the service was re-schedule on today, 26 Apr 2023. I drop off my car in Manchester Centre and hand on the key to your staff at 9:30am. today. car in Manchester branch at 9:30am. At 2:30pm, still no people to provide any service for my car and an still park in the same space actually. I approached to your staff his name call Faz. And his attitude absolutely unacceptable. He said still need to wait another 2.5 hours and if I unhappy, I can take the key then drive home.

Warning if you're having your car serviced here! Absolute worst car service experience today and shocking lack of communication. Was told the mot&service would take up to 3hrs so I waited onsite, arrived at 10am, 3 hours passed and no updates, I asked every hour after that and kept being told its next in line or there are parts delays. At 4.30pm, over SIX HOURS of waiting, I'm told the service can't be completed today due to staff shortages, WHY was i not told earlier instead wasting my day sat at Cazoo is beyond me! at this point I just want to go home so the MOT is being done, I see the mechanics leaving but no one has told me its ready! and its now 5.40pm so I had to ask again for an update& finally got my car to go home nearly EIGHT HOURS later but have to rebook for the service, Absolutely shocking putting customers through this and not taking ownership.

Do not trust HPI check or any service conducted by Cazoo. Purchased a car from Cazoo recently. For my own piece of mind I put the car into a Mercedez garage for a basic health check. Why bother since the car came with an industry leading health check you might wonder. Because its now apparent their HPI check and service arent worth the paper written on. The health check flagged two obvious issues which should have been easily identified. Cazoos response, after initially being ignored has been to say I signed a waiver for any cosmetic issues. Unfortunately I didnt have the foresight to roll under the car with a head torch in the collection showroom.I at least assumed they would be prepared to remedy the situation since the repair costs were comparatively small in relation to the fee exchanged for the car. Unfortunately not. My advice would be make sure you can get your car in for a health check within the free return period since its apparent they are buying cars, washing them, and selling on

This is the worst place to buy a car.They were supposed to deliver the car 28th March but they messed up the delivery saying engine light appeared on last minute and just realised the time of delivery MOT is due to expire.Ridiculous customer service will say they will contact you back with a update but they will never do.They still telling me the part hasn't came back after a week and still have no clue when they expect to get it delivered.Please don't waste you money and time in this place. I am happy at the end I cancelled the order on the 21st day after they supposed to deliver and not to deal with them again also reading others experience same like me.Dont buy from them thinking a hassle free service or believing their 300 points check from the ads. To Ilona who replied atleast do a spell check before you type a useless reply.
