        I wonder if the previous reviews are fake or if my experience with this company is a once off incident. I've placed an order with them a month ago, on November 21st. It is December 19th and yet I have not received my order yet. I ve tried to contact Behrens multiple times, through their website form, via email, via PayPal, no acknowledgement, no response whatsoever. The order status did not change from Processing since November 21st when I placed it. Yet they took my money straight away. A complete disaster of experience, never happened to me in years of online shopping. I have opened a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I ll get my money back. Never again!

        Received my order from the company on time and what superb quality items I received . I cannot rave highly enough about this companyproducts and thanks again to MR Moran for his excellent customer service - well done great British manufacturing we should rave about it more and buy British!!
