Event last month I bought sub 1 veg 1 chicken he didnt change the gloves and I told him cut in half and then make it but he didnt listen to me. He did it the way he wants to.
You need to teach your staff before give them to handle by their own. Give them proper training if customers are paying so they are expecting their food accordingly their own choice not the staff choice.
Pls give them training.
