        Highly recommended. I went here to get my first pair of climbing shoes. I was helped by Emmet, a super knowledgeable climber who was patient and found about 10 pairs of shoes for me to try on. He wasn't trying to upsell at all and in the end recommended one of the cheaper pairs of shoes. I spent an hour trying on shoes and didn't feel at all rushed to buy. A fab experience!

        If you expect the 20 shoe discount (as part of your membership perks), don't buy them through this shop (I learnt this the hard way :( (Staff I've dealt with are nice though, in difficult conditions.)
