As someone trying to get into a fitness regime for the first time, I was sure I would hate PT sessions and give up fairly quickly. However, Tony has been great in pushing me to gain more strength as a steady pace and in making suggestions that are sustainable that could work around my lifestyle.

I joined Feelgood coaching after a long period of not going gym. Tony was very supportive and understanding of my motivations to get back into fitness, and provided a really good plan on how to get me back on track. I enjoyed the weekly sessions, they were varied and really pushed me out of my comfort zone. Sessions were fun and we always had a laugh, I couldnt recommend him enough!

Great professional service. Packages are personalised to suit your needs which is excellent. Training 1-1 in the private facility really helped to build my confidence. Learnt a lot about form, technique and nutrition with Tony who is a fab PT. Definitely recommend!

6 months at Feelgood has flown by! Tony has created a bespoke training and nutrition plan for me which has evolved through the year and Im achieving great results. Tony does all the planning so you dont have to and gives great advice on technique. I feel so much more confident in a much more varied range of weight exercises than before and Im consistently hitting PBs. Tony also helped with my Manchester marathon training and diet plan. Whatever your goals are, Tony has a plan waiting for you.

Started PT sessions with Tony 4 months and cant recommend them enough. Ive learnt so much about nutrition and training and gained so much confidence thanks to him. His sessions are always super fun and motivating and theres been a real focus on realistic positive change. His detailed plans for home work outs and lifestyle changes make leading a healthier life that much easier. He keeps you accountable but in a way that is tailored exactly to you, striking that perfect balance between giving you space to learn and get comfortable, whilst also pushing you to achieve your full potential. Overall I can say that its thanks to Tony that Ive found a genuine love for exercising (which I never thought possible) and and now feel better about myself than I have in years!
