I have been training with Bobbi-Joe twice a week for over well 6 year's now. I had piled on the pounds due to illness and was fast approaching 50 and needed to get my confidence and fitness back. Bobbi motivated me to believe in myself and achieve my goals. Due to Bobbi's help I have tackled 'Total Warrior' and 'Born Survivor' obstacle course races. I have learnt to run and taken part in 5k,10k runs and 3 half marathon's! And I have to add that I am also in my mid-fifties!! Not bad considering all I ever did when I was younger was go to keep fit classes every now and then. Every session is different and you will never get bored. His training is brilliant and his boxing knowledge is second to none. I can most definitely recommend Bobbi-Joe to anyone at any age who wants to get fit, stay fit, anyone who wants to do the White or pink collar boxing, young children or older people who need extra training or who just want a basic level of fitness training. You should definitely "Step in da groove and move".
