        Beware this company!! They advertise at a certain rate on their website, and then every few months email you informing you that your monthly rent is going up. Ive just received an email stating my monthly rent is going up by another 5 per week (ex. VAT). Not acceptable in my book. I presume they do it to hook you in at one rate, so you move your belongings into storage, then once they feel youre tied in to them, they boost your rates. This is the second rental increase this year. Utterly disgusting. I will be leaving them, and I hope this review deters others from accidentally ending up being taken advantage of by these fraudsters. GO ELSEWHERE.
