I dropped in to discuss business card design and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I was however very disapponted with the service that I received. Having provided 3 sides of a 4-sided business card I just needed the contact details and a simple message presenting nicely in keeping with the rest of the brand. The first attempt was awful and sent by someone other than the person that I dealt with in person. The details were just slapped on the card, no alignment no contact icons, no message and absolutely no attempt to finesse the design at all. I pointed this all out and received a 2nd attempt which was aligned but that was all. This was received from a 3rd person. I received a message from a 4th contact to which I replied that I was very unhappy with the way this had been handled so far, to which I received no response at all. I was compelled to use a completely different provider, paying a 2nd time for the design service, who has produced an excellent design at the first attempt which just needs a couple of small tweaks.
